Belén Rial is the person in charge of receiving all the visits at the General Secretariat of the Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI). She is 38 years old, she loves going to the theater, dancing and flamenco. She is a Real Madrid, she is an excellent co-worker, she loves her family, and she has #Downsyndrome.
