Being a budding artist/illustrator with Down Syndrome, we’ve never seen Jijo speak so much with such clarity on the things that make his life. After all, his mom (Moushumi Das) and his school (Spastics Society of Karnataka, Bangalore) have been relentlessly carving him to communicate confidently. And after so many years of him taking small steps and never giving up, this moment is a very special one – especially when he is the designer behind the graphics of the official “Lots of Socks” for #WDSD20!
